Where we dispatch
Our home base is the Village of Estero in Lee County, ZIP 33928. We also list 33929 as one of the Estero ZIPs, though it is a PO Box ZIP and rarely a service address. Beyond Estero, we send plumbers to two nearby towns.
Bonita Springs lies about 6 miles south, roughly a 15 minute drive. San Carlos Park lies about 5 miles north, roughly 12 minutes. Those are estimates, and traffic on US-41 changes them.

What each utility's water means for your plumbing
Bonita Springs Utilities blends shallow Lower Tamiami Aquifer wells, lime softened, with deeper Lower Hawthorn water treated by reverse osmosis. Lee County Utilities runs five plants into one combined system, using groundwater, reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and river water.
Neither source tells us your hardness. We could not confirm a figure, so ask your utility. If scale is building on fixtures or in a heater, our softener and filtration page explains your options. Sewer service varies by address, so ask your utility there too.
Permits depend on where you live
Who to ask about a permit
- Estero homes: the Village of Estero Community Development department.
- Bonita Springs homes: the City of Bonita Springs building department.
- San Carlos Park and other unincorporated areas: Lee County.
- Not sure of your jurisdiction: your property tax bill or the county can tell you.
- Always ask whether your specific job needs one, since rules vary.
Permits applied for after December 31, 2023 follow the Florida Building Code, Plumbing, 8th Edition. A licensed plumber can explain which parts apply. You can verify any plumber at myfloridalicense.com.
Estero neighborhoods we get called from
Estero has about 35 gated communities, including The Brooks, Shadow Wood, Grandezza, Pelican Sound, West Bay Club and Wildcat Run. Many homes there date from roughly the late 1990s to the mid 2000s, so water heaters and fixtures are aging. Gate access matters, so tell dispatch the gate procedure when you call.
Shopping and event areas such as Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets and Hertz Arena draw commercial calls too. Our commercial plumbing service covers those.
Services across the whole area
Every town gets the same list. The most common calls are drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater replacement and sewer line repair. The full list sits on the services page.
If your address is outside the towns above, call anyway. We will say plainly whether we can help or whether another plumber is a better fit.
