Using this website
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using it. The site is run by Estero Express Plumbing at 9401 Corkscrew Palms Cir, Estero, FL 33928.
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The version on this page is the current one. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
Information only, not professional advice
Pages and guides explain common plumbing situations in general terms. They are not a diagnosis of your property and not a substitute for a licensed plumber's inspection. We cannot tell from a web page or a phone call what is inside a wall, under a slab or in a buried line.
Code and permit rules change and vary by location. We refer to the Florida Building Code, Plumbing, 8th Edition, which took effect on December 31, 2023. For your job, ask the Village of Estero Community Development department or Lee County what applies.
Quotes, prices and agreeing to work
- 1You callDispatch records the problem and the service address.
- 2A plumber assessesThe plumber looks at the problem on site.
- 3You receive a clear priceWe explain the work and the price before it starts.
- 4You approveWork begins only after you agree.
- 5Changes are explainedIf the job changes once something is opened up, we stop and discuss it first.
The website shows no prices. Any figure is given by a plumber after seeing the job. Costs depend on access, materials, scope and timing.
Scheduling and availability
Our emergency line runs 24/7 and a person answers. We offer same-day appointments when available, which depends on demand and the type of job. Weather, access problems and parts supply can change a visit. We do not promise a specific arrival time through this website.
Your responsibilities
What we ask of customers
- Give accurate information about the problem and the property.
- Make sure someone with authority can approve work and give access.
- Secure pets and clear a path to the work area.
- Shut off water or power if it is safe to do so while you wait.
- Tell us about hazards, such as gas smells or standing water near outlets.
Third-party content and links
Pages load Google Fonts and Google Maps. We do not control those services. Links to outside sites, such as the state licence lookup at myfloridalicense.com, are for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Payment, cancellations and warranties
Payment terms are explained on the phone and before work begins, so you know what is due and when. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call as early as you can so dispatch can free the slot for another customer.
Any warranty on parts or labor is stated by the plumber at the time of the quote. This website does not create a warranty, and we do not promise results in advance of seeing the job.
Limits of liability
The website is provided as is. We make no promise that its content is complete, current or suited to your situation. To the extent the law allows, Estero Express Plumbing is not liable for losses that result from using the website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Florida law. Questions? See how to reach us or review our plumbing services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. This page is a plain summary, not legal advice, and you may wish to consult a lawyer on legal questions.
